Common Mental Health Issues

According to the World Health Organization, 1 in 4 adults throughout the world suffer from some kind of mental health issue.1   This number could even be higher as many cases are likely not reported.  Many under 18 also struggle with mental health concerns, although the numbers are inconclusive due to the lack of diagnosis.

Even if you don’t have a diagnosed or chronic condition, almost all of us have struggled with a situational malaise such as depression or anxiety.  We live in a world of uncertainty and continual change, which can have a serious impact on our mental well-being.

This section is dedicated to some of the most common mental health disorders.  We will be adding new information on a regular basis.  If you are interested in seeing a specific topic, please email me at luanne@songofvictory.com.
